How I lost control over my business during travel
We have been using an in-house software called Opticyber until we decided it's time to upgrade our PCs. We thought it would bring Globe Cyber Cafe to the next level but then we started facing some issues.
The main challenge for me was managing Globe Cyber Café during my travel which I did quite often lately. The system is not cloud-based and I had to put enormous effort into managing my team remotely - I was literally loosing control over the business. Another one was that we couldn't provide our PCs with the required safety measure, it was hard to reach support team.
Next is that we wanted to improve gaming experience by purchasing new hardware. However, the management software looked quite old on the brand new PCs. We were also lacking some functionality, such as loyalty program. Because of that, we were forced to track all discounts manually etiher don't track at all.

What helped Globe Cyber Cafe get back on track
One day, during my another travel I caught myself thinking that I can't manage my business remotely. At the same moment I decided we need to find a robust system that meets all the hardware criteria and which I can access at a distance.
Before starting any research we decided to outline the main issues we faced at that moment. We wanted the system to be cloud-based, which would be constantly updated and compliant with our hardware criteria. Therefore, I created a list of key requirements narrowed it down to eight points.

How I gained control of my gaming center again
We have reviewed dozens of systems, but none of them met all my needs better than Senet - so I decided to give it a try! Once we installed Senet, everything became more convenient, especially with the remote control feature. Now, it's easier for us to interact with customers, they love how intuitive is the interface, and enjoy the perks from our loyalty program.
The system doesn't crash and I can access the control panel from anywhere, which is great! I can keep myself informed of what is going on in the gaming center, as well as, give the necessary guidance to my employees.
